Metropolitan France 

Delivery in metropolitan France within 3 to 5 business days with our standard delivery options. Orders shipped within 48 to 72 hours (business days).

Home or Colissimo relay point delivery fees are free for all orders totaling €200 or more. If your total purchase is less than this amount, standard delivery fees will apply.

Europe (excluding overseas territories)

Delivery in 5 to 10 business days via DHL or Colissimo. Orders shipped within 48 to 72 hours (business days).

Standard "international" delivery fees will apply.

Additional duties and taxes will be determined according to the specific customs regulations of each country.

Rest of the world (including overseas territories)

Delivery in 5 to 14 business days via DHL or Colissimo. Orders shipped within 48 to 72 hours (business days).

Delivery fees will be calculated based on the address and chosen delivery method.

Exchanges

You have 30 days to exchange your item. Only items returned in perfect condition with original, unworn elements will be accepted. Otherwise, we cannot accept your exchange.

We process exchanges within 3 business days of receiving your package.

Metropolitan France

The first exchange is fully covered by Drop. If a second exchange is necessary, you will need to return the item as a "Return" then place a new order.

Europe (excluding overseas territories)

The first exchange is partially covered by Drop; you will be charged a remaining balance of €5. If a second exchange is necessary, you will need to return the item as a "Return" then place a new order.

Rest of the world (including overseas territories)

You will need to return the item as a "Return" then place a new order.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days to return your item. Only items returned in perfect condition with original, unworn elements will be accepted. Otherwise, we cannot accept the return. 

Refunds are issued within 30 days of our services receiving the item. They are deducted from potential shipping and return costs.

Some of your orders may include a gift. In case of a return, all gifted items must be returned with your order.

Otherwise, their value will be deducted from your refund amount.

Simple returns (not exchanged, with refund) will be charged €5.

Europe (excluding overseas territories)

Simple returns (not exchanged, with refund) will be charged €10.

Rest of the world (including overseas territories)

The amount charged for simple returns (not exchanged, with refund) will be calculated based on the address and delivery method chosen during the order.
